Some Main Duties:
Responsible for the overall oversight and operations of all children’s crisis, inpatient and residential programs operating within Arizona.
Work collectively with his or her counterpart in Nursing, Clinical, and Medical to ensure that all clinical/therapeutic activities, risk management, health and safety, and quality management best practices are implemented for each unit he or she oversees.
This position is a designated member of the Clinical Council and will be responsible for the development, review, and oversight of clinical curriculum, interventions, trainings and fidelity review.
Travel to each designated site routinely to meet with staff, community stakeholders, and ensure operations are in accordance with clinical and operational outcomes designated for these programs.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in a field related to Counseling or Social work.
Independently licensed (LPC, LCSW, PsyD) in Arizona is required, or have a independent license that is transferrable to Arizona.
5+ years of experience working directly with children/adolescents

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $15,000.00 per year
