Our client is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join an existing team based just south of Seattle. Due to the nature of this role, you’ll be working off-shifts (M-F), but able to set your own schedule. Typical production times run 10pm – 10am.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee production of radionuclides
- Small molecule experience
- Manage the preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals
- Maintain inventory
- Manage P&L
- Supervision employees
- Manage compliance with all regulatory commitments
- Manage performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing
- Manage performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests
- Oversee preparation and shipment of radioactive materials
- Provide personnel training and staff development
Experience:
- Licensed pharmacist
- Pharmacy management experience
- Nuclear experience preferred
- Lab management experience
- Management of multiple employees
- Ability to work nights
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 15% annual bonus plan, 100% matching 401K up to 6% of annual base pay, 20 days of paid time off as well as 5 floating holidays!
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year
