We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide essential administrative and data support to our team. This role involves a variety of tasks including filing, reviewing videos, managing spreadsheets, tracking information, and creating user access in various systems. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
Review video content for compliance and documentation purposes
Track and update spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
Send and manage emails and other communications via Microsoft Outlook
Set up and manage user access across internal platforms
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document control
Monitor and update logs, forms, and reports to support team operations
Collaborate with internal departments to support compliance and data tracking efforts
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
Familiarity with compliance, recordkeeping, or operational support
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
