What You’ll Do
As an Office Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Filing & Recordkeeping: Maintain well-organized systems for both digital and physical documents.
Communication: Answer phones, take messages, sort mail, and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
Data Entry: Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
Office Management: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and support general administrative needs.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Visitor Support: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and other financial tasks.
Special Projects: Support various administrative projects and tasks as needed.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per week
