Job Title: Office Manager
Pay Rate: $20/hr - $25/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Job Description:
The Office Manager ensures the construction site office operates smoothly, effectively managing administrative functions and promoting a collaborative team environment. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional skilled in multitasking and producing quality work under deadlines in a fast-paced setting. The Office Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, superintendents, accountants, safety officers, and other team members, offering essential support to keep operations running seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general site office support, including assisting leadership and administrative teams
- Collaborate with project teams on assignments and project-specific tasks as needed
- Order and maintain inventory for office, IT, and other supplies
- Coordinate team-building activities, site lunches, and dinners
- Manage construction badging process
- Ensure kitchen is stocked and maintained
- Serve as a resource for trade partners
- Communicate effectively with clients, including high-level executives, in person, over the phone, and via email
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Critical thinking abilities to prioritize tasks effectively and resolve complex issues
- Flexible, self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Ability to maintain a positive team morale
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills for a high-paced environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
