Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Professional appearance — business casual attire
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
Understanding of client/vendor relationships
Experience in a professional office environment preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls, greet guests, and book conference rooms
Process incoming/outgoing US Mail and accountable deliveries
Perform copy, print, scan, and document management tasks
Provide conference room setup/cleanup and hospitality services
Order and manage office supplies and kitchen inventory
Support basic IT and office equipment needs
Report facilities issues and assist with light office moves
Additional services as requested (data entry, filing, etc.)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
