Adecco Medical is seeking a full-time Operations Manager for our behavioral healthcare facility in Yuma, AZ. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for the oversight of overall operations, facility outcome metrics, and the support of clinical enhancements of assigned programs. REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Business or Health Care preferred.

2-5 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience required.

1-3 years of full-time health care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations required.

Current drivers license (valid and in good standing).
Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
