Position Description

The Partnership Enablement team is focused on educating and activating our platform content partners, users, and our internal teams. Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout our platform to address our users’ most pressing needs to be successful.

Our team manages programs that ensure new products and policies land well, onboards partners for marketing events & campaigns, and supports XFN teams in the execution of large scale content investments and product activations. 

Project managers keep cross functional teams aligned and focused on goals, are responsible for tracking progress & feedback, reporting results, and providing a strategic point-of-view across a myriad of initiatives.

As a Biz Ops Program Manager, you will manage multiple finance- and payment-related projects across different areas of of our platform highest priority initiatives.  You adapt easily, efficiently and evolve with changing priorities, directions, and projects.   You are a key owner on internal comms, project governance, stakeholder management, and organizational and operational support across many multi-faceted payment projects at one time.

  • Owner and subject matter expert of our payment processes
  • Drive operational and process efficiencies across our platform Incentive Program payments to partners (creators, media companies, artists)
  • Prepare and submit payment documents
  • Troubleshoot queries from partners and internal team members at all stages of payment processes
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, action trackers, risks & mitigations 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our various business areas and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify opportunities
  • Develop trainings for internal terms to educate them on payment processes and available solutions
  • Coordinate across Payment Solutions POCs in each region; serve as Global POC
  • Skill/Experience/Education


  • 4+ years relevant program management or operations, leading cross-functional initiatives, creating operational efficiencies, and developing processes with stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Experience formatting data in Google Sheets or Excel (or equivalent)
  • Degree BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Desired

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with managing compressed timelines.
  • Ability to handle stress in a positive, collaborative manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with SQL, generating reports from dashboards.
  • Experience in Finance or Operations
