Adecco is hiring immediately for highly motivated and driven HVAC Outside Sales Consultants in the Miami and Pompano Beach areas in Florida.
Outside Sales Consultants connect customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades, or whole system replacements.

Contract Type: Direct Hire Full Time
Pay: Commission structure of 5-10% of sale (See Compensation details below)
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)
Location: On the Road
Essential Duties:
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet revenue targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement business development strategies.
What you can expect

Opportunity to earn uncapped commission
After training, you will earn a draw or commission on a weekly basis.
Sales Training provided by in-house Learning & Development team.
Training including but not limited to technical, sales, safety, leadership, systems training.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year sales experience
At least 1 year experience with HVAC systems
Prior experience selling residential services preferred but not required
A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Drivers license
Speaking Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
