Door-to-Door Sales Opportunity!
Our client, a growing and award-winning construction services company, is expanding operations and hiring a Full-Time Outside Sales Representative in Dallas.
This is a Direct Sales role that involves door-to-door prospecting, customer service, and account/project management.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
Build rapport with customers and overcome objections confidently
Close sales and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately
Track sales activity and manage leads using CRM tools
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after a job.
Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Attend annual sales training and professional development events
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
Must be comfortable with canvassing and conducting in-person, door-to-door sales.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs.
2+ years of experience in outside or direct, door-to-door, sales is preferred but not required.
Our client offers:
Base salary in the $50k-60k range + uncapped commission (avg 1st year earnings are between 70k-100k)
