Job Summary:
As a Membership Consultant, you'll be a key advocate for our organization, helping to grow our patient base and ensure seniors have access to the care they need. From engaging directly with seniors to building partnerships with community stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in promoting our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new patient enrollment through direct engagement with seniors and community stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate local events to connect with potential patients.
Cultivate relationships with health plan agents, brokers, and community providers.
Utilize sales and marketing tools to identify and cultivate new patients.
Provide exceptional customer service to enrolled patients to promote retention.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Sales or community relations experience required; healthcare experience a plus.
Experience working with seniors or medically underserved populations preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
