Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hands-on General Laborers to support a range of physical tasks including loading/unloading truck materials, unpacking industrial dies, light construction, painting, and facility organization. This is a 7-week temporary assignment with a strong emphasis on forklift operation, overhead crane operations and manual labor, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Logistics:
Load and unload dies into trucks using cranes and forklifts
Unpack dies arriving during Week 28 (July 6–August 22)
Remove wood and vacuum protection from dies
Safely dispose of unpacked materials (wood and other waste)
Machine Protection & Facility Work:
Install paint protection on milling machines
Drill and adjust safety protection on machinery
Perform light handwork for machine prep
Painting Tasks:
Paint 40 shelves in blue
Paint layout lines and designated areas (Area 1 & Area 2)
Paint ladders on milling machines, welding areas, and light tunnels
Support additional painting needs as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Valid forklift certification or proven experience operating forklifts
Ability to lift and move heavy materials
Comfortable working in an industrial/labor-intensive environment
Capable of using hand tools (drills, paint equipment, etc.)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
Must pass a company-required medical check prior to starting
Preferred Skills:
Mechanically inclined or hands-on background in manufacturing settings
Pay Details: $16.75 per hour
