Job Title: Packaging Operator

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for accounts Packaging Operator jobs. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Lincoln, Nebraska.

This role involves independently performing inspections, packaging, and documentation of products and materials in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent quality, maintain material levels, and uphold compliance in all assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct packaging operations including weighing, processing, and inspecting materials according to cGMP and standard work documents.

  • Monitor and restock materials and supplies to maintain production and safety standards.

  • Safely operate transporting equipment and maintain cleanliness of work areas.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including GMP records, equipment logs, and work center tracking.

  • Escalate issues to management and maintain training compliance in the Learning Management System.

  • Follow all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines including PPE usage, reporting unsafe conditions, and attending safety trainings.

  • Comply with all Quality Compliance and QMS policy standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

  • Must meet requirements of the Operator Career Path Job Ladder (if currently an associate).

  • Prior experience with cGMP documentation.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools, techniques, or systems.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
