Job Title: Repack-Label Technician Level 1
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Repack-Label Technician Level 1 to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for repackaging and labeling products to meet customer specifications while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Repackage and label products per guidelines and customer requirements

  • Ensure label accuracy and product presentation

  • Perform quality checks and report issues to supervisor

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Operate packaging and labeling equipment

  • Meet daily production goals and complete documentation

  • Support team collaboration and participate in training


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior packaging/manufacturing experience preferred, not required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Basic math skills

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible with schedule


Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs

  • Stand/walk for extended periods

  • Use hands for repetitive tasks and small parts


Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing/warehouse setting

  • Exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations



Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
