Position Details:
Part-time weekend shifts: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM (Saturday and Sunday)
Opportunity to pick up an additional shift for full-time work
Competitive pay: $37 - $40/hr
Excellent mileage reimbursement
Position Summary: As an RN, you will provide essential nursing services and education to patients and their families in homes or long-term care facilities. You will coordinate care plans with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs and ensure professional service delivery. You may also oversee NAs, LPNs, volunteers, and others.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)
Active, unrestricted compact (multistate) RN license
Driver's license required
Current CPR certification (CHPN preferred)
Minimum 1 year of related experience (hospice, palliative care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, oncology, home health care, medical surgical)
Experience with direct care of patients with life-limiting illnesses
Computer proficiency
