Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently hiring Patient Service Representative in Burlington, VT.

Pay: $18 to $20/hr
Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Fulltime - Monday to Friday
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, including follow-up, confirmation, and managing questionnaires.
- Check in clients, verify eligibility, and educate clients on billing, insurance policies, and intake procedures.
- Support operations-related projects, including chart reviews, Quality Improvement (QI) Projects, and accreditation tasks.
- Assist with office inventory management and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree
- Two years of administrative office support experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic health records preferred.
- High level of discretion and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
