Adecco Health Care & Life Sciences has an exciting opportunity for a Dispensing Pharmacist to join the mission-driven team with a leader in long-term care pharmacy services. If you're passionate about accuracy, service, and delivering care at scale, this role is for you!

🔍 Position Summary:

In this fast-paced and collaborative pharmacy setting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring patients in long-term care facilities receive the medications they need—accurately and on time. Your focus, adaptability, and clinical expertise will help support a high standard of care for some of our most vulnerable populations.

🕘 Shifts Include:

Mon–Fri: Between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Schedules vary weekly. 40 hours guaranteed with potential for overtime.

🧪 Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense medications, including controlled substances (Schedule II)

• Ensure order entry and label accuracy from technician staff

• Prepare sterile IVs (as needed)

• Comply with HIPAA, DEA, and other regulatory standards

• Help maintain pharmacy security and clean, efficient operations

• Provide weekend and holiday support as needed

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining speed and accuracy

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

• Current Pharmacist License in good standing (State of Utah)

• Minimum 1 year of retail or long-term care pharmacy experience

• Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfort working in a high-volume, compliance-focused environment

Pay Details: $65.00 to $66.56 per hour
