Adecco Medical & Science is hiring Specialty Pharmacy Technicians in Alabama.

Type: Three-month contract, with possibility of extension or becoming full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM or 8AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $23 - $25.60/hour
Location: Birmingham AL 35242
Responsibilities Include:
· Use multiple computer systems to obtain pharmacy orders, verify accuracy, and produce mailing labels
· Select the correct packing and shipping method based on standard procedures (e.g., refrigeration needs)
· Prepare manual prescription orders, pulling drugs from inventory and completing scanning/packaging steps
· Maintain and operate pharmacy equipment (e.g., IPD and auto-packing machines)
· Ensure secure, accurate delivery of specialty medications nationwide
· Support inventory management, organization, and workspace safety
Requirements Include:
· High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
· Active Alabama Pharmacy Technician license
· Previous pharmacy or shipping experience strongly preferred
· Comfortable using multiple computer systems and pharmacy technologies
· Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs
· Experience with specialty medications or high-volume fulfillment is a plus
