Requirements: To be considered for this role you must have the following skills, experience, and certifications:
-Must possess a current North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License. - This is not negotiable.
-Must hold a current Nationally Board-Certified Pharmacy Technician License
- Must have 2-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
-Data Entry skills
-Experience working in a Central Fill setting is a big plus!
-High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Pay- The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 20.00 and $21.00
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Schedule:
M-F 9-6 EST
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintains current knowledge of study protocols needed for accurately fulfilling orders.
-Checks all orders for completeness of information.
-Collect med lists and drug allergies from patients.
-The majority of the shift is spent collecting baseline information from patients to get them ready for pharmacist counseling; this includes payment method, shipping address, emergency contacts, etc
-Keep accurate notes and document each call in CRM.
-Triaging calls all day and transferring calls to the correct departments.
