Pharmacy Technician – Full-Time | $30-$32/hr. | Florence, OR

Ready to make a difference in healthcare? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a respected national client in Florence, Oregon.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $30-$32 per hour (based on experience)
Location: On-site in Florence, OR (this is not remote)


What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations, customer care, and wellness services:

  • Assist pharmacists (no judgment calls needed—you’re here to support)

  • Handle data entry, insurance processing, and product dispensing

  • Compound medications and complete post-fill audits

  • Support coaching of other techs/clerks

  • Perform CLIA-waived screenings (training provided)

  • Help keep the pharmacy compliant with HIPAA, safety, and health regulations


Must-Haves (Yes, These Are Required):

These are non-negotiable – if you don’t have them, this isn’t the role for you.

High School Diploma or GED
At least 18 years old
Pharmacy tech license, registration, or certification (national or state – whichever applies in Oregon)
Comfortable handling confidential patient information


Bonus If You Have:

  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

  • Any similar healthcare or retail pharmacy experience

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
