Are you looking for a hands-on role in a vital and growing industry? We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our construction team as Pipe Layers / General Laborers. This position is critical in supporting the installation and maintenance of underground utility pipelines and other road construction-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excavate trenches using hand tools or machinery for pipe installation.

  • Install and secure pipes for water, gas, and sewage systems, ensuring proper alignment and slope.

  • Connect pipes through welding, soldering, or mechanical fittings.

  • Backfill and compact trenches to prevent settling.

  • Assist with pipe repairs and replacements as needed.

  • Perform other duties related to road construction as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work in all weather conditions.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with pipe materials and standard installation techniques.

  • Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety procedures and using proper PPE.

  • Team Player: Willingness to work cooperatively with crews and take direction from supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Prior experience in construction, utilities, or manual labor is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor construction sites; work is physically demanding and involves collaboration with a team.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
