Job Posting: LPN or RN - Plasma Donation Center (Full-Time) - Greenfield, WI
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Near Greenfield, WI
Schedule: 5, 8-hour shifts per week (with weekend rotation, variable shifts)
Pay Rate:
- LPN: $28-29/hour
- RN: $32-33/hour

Job Description: As an LPN or RN at our plasma donation center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors. You will be part of a tight-knit team, contributing to the smooth operation of the center and providing excellent care and support to donors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct donor health screenings and assessments.
- Monitor donors throughout the donation process to ensure safety and comfort.
- Manage and document donor medical information accurately.
- Assist with plasma collection procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to donors.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible with scheduling as shifts will vary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in a plasma donation center is a plus but not required.
