Project Planning & Customer Coordination: Schedules and conducts site visits, communicates with homeowners, gathers project specifications, and manages schedule updates and customer interactions throughout the project lifecycle.

Pre-Project Setup: Confirms measurements and materials, determines gross margin estimates, updates CRM systems (DataForma), and coordinates with estimators and managers to resolve open items.

Material Procurement & System Updates: Orders project materials, maintains accurate records in CRM systems, and ensures all updates, events, and notes are properly logged.

Project Execution & Monitoring: Oversees timely project starts, ensures crews are prepared and compliant with safety standards, monitors progress, resolves issues, and maintains clear communication with stakeholders.

Project Completion & Payment Collection: Ensures final inspections, secures signed Certificates of Completion, addresses punch list items, communicates with customers to secure final payment, and submits required documents to billing.

Post-Project Review & Margin Reconciliation: Closes out projects, reconciles pre- and post-project margins, analyzes performance, and works with management to identify and implement improvements.
Salary 55-75k per year - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term, long-term disability and 401k
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
