Pay: $18-20/hr

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and wants to grow within a structured and supportive production environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble machinery and metal components based on blueprints and schematics

  • Use hand tools, drills, and measuring instruments to align and fasten parts

  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks on all completed work

  • Maintain an organized and clean workstation

  • Inventory parts, communicate supply needs, and support daily production targets

  • Follow written instructions and company policies to ensure uniform builds

  • Participate in quality system requirements and continuous improvement efforts


What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1–2 years of assembly or mechanical experience preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to read blueprints, dial indicators, and calipers

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and visual skills for part alignment

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR compliance)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
