Print & Mail Operations Supervisor
Location: Onsite – Beaverton, OR
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM PST
Training: On-the-job training; must be flexible for morning and evening sessions
Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Mail Operations Supervisor to lead a team in managing the inserting, sorting, and delivery of USPS First Class mail and overnight services. This is a physically active, leadership-focused role requiring strong administrative and organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Able to stand/move for ~4 hours

Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Oversee mail production workflow and ensure timely delivery
Supervise a team of 15+ full-time and temporary staff
Coordinate production schedules and staffing
Maintain quality control and compliance with USPS regulations
Conduct performance reviews and coach team members
Manage inventory and vendor relationships
Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
3+ years managing a production team
Strong communication and reporting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of USPS rules and regulations
Key Competencies:

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
