Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production scheduling role with administrative responsibilities
Manage daily and weekly production schedules and adjust as needed
Organize files, maintain records, and track inventory reports
Draft reports, correspondence, and meeting agendas
Greet visitors and handle multi-line phone systems
Order office and plant supplies, maintain inventory
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff onboarding
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/MRP software a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment
