We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team for a special project requiring manual hand stacking and flexibility with evolving processes. This is a fast-paced, physical role where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:20 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Mandatory Overtime: Sundays, 6:20 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (as scheduled)
Additional days/hours as needed based on production demands.
Job Responsibilities:
Hand stack and manually move product boxes for a special test-run project.
Assist with packaging, weighing, transporting, and arranging products and containers.
Flexibility required as processes may change during this new project.
Maintain a fast work pace with consistent productivity and quality output.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to bend, squat, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 12 months of consistent work history, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong attendance record and proven reliability.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
