Location: Wright, WY (North Antelope Rochelle Mine – NARM)

Adecco is partnering with Peabody Energy to recruit for Experienced Production Equipment Operators at the North Antelope Rochelle Mine (NARM)—the largest surface coal mine in the world. Located near Wright, WY, NARM is a world-class operation focused on safety, community, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate large-scale surface mining equipment (dozers, haul trucks, etc.)
Perform daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks
Dig and transport coal and waste to designated locations
Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic malfunctions
Follow strict safety and environmental procedures
Assist in training junior operators
Work in various weather conditions and elevated positions as required
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating dozers at a mine site preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must meet physical demands of the role (climbing, lifting, standing, etc.)
Strong commitment to safety and team-based work environment

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
