Production Machine Operator – 3rd Shift
Location: Groveport, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $22/hr.
Join a growing team in Groveport as a Production Machine Operator, where you’ll play a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of high-speed manufacturing equipment. We’re looking for skilled operators with mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-speed machines
Perform routine maintenance and assist in machine changeovers
Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Read and interpret blueprints and technical procedures
Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
Handle and prepare materials for production
Requirements:
3+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong mechanical skills and basic math proficiency
Experience with computer-operated machinery and technical procedures
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be punctual, team-oriented, and quality-driven
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience required
Formal technical training is a plus
