We’re partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in Devens, MA to hire Production Assemblers and Machine Operators for both Day and Night shifts. These are Temp-to-Hire roles with long-term growth potential in a clean, controlled, and highly regulated environment.
💲 Pay Rates:
Day Shift: $20/hour
Night Shift: $22/hour
🕒 Shift Schedule (12-Hour Rotating Shifts):
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Rotation: Work 2 days, off 3 days, work 3 days, off 2 days (includes every other weekend)
🛠️ Job Title:
Production Worker – Medical Device Assembly & Operation
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small medical device components with precision
Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications
Operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment
Package and label medical products per FDA and ISO standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area (cleanroom protocols may apply)
Accurately pick, pack, and ship products
Load and refill materials in production machines
Follow detailed instructions and documentation for each product batch
Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors
Support other production tasks as assigned
🔍 Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Comfortable working with small parts in a regulated environment
English speaking and literacy required (reading work instructions and labels)
Ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to stand or sit for extended periods
Prior experience in medical device or cleanroom manufacturing is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
