Our client is a global bakery with plants in NJ and NY. Due to growth, seeking Production Supervisor for its plant in NJ. Primary duties include:
- Supervisor, train, and mentor employees on production lines on respective shift
- Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with SOP's and OSHA .
- Work with maintenance, quality and supply chain managers
- Provide reports and KPI's to stakeholders
Position reports to Production Manager.
Ideal candidates for Production Supervisor in NJ will possess the following:
- Associates degree. Will consider military experience
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food production a plus)
- Understanding of GMP and LEAN manufacturing principles
Salary around $70,000/year (All shifts open). 401k, medical/dental/vision, etc. Sign-on bonus.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year
