Position: Production Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21-25.50
Status: Temp-to-Perm
Overtime: Mandatory
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on machining ceramic parts. You will receive comprehensive training for each specific process and work closely under the guidance of the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain tools such as sanding, grinding, milling, sawing, and measuring equipment to meet customer specifications.
Handle and load ceramic powder into elastomeric tooling for processing into semi-densified parts.
Follow in-house work instructions and adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Assist with other projects or tasks as needed in different areas of the shop.
The technician will also be trained in powder handling and loading powder of elastomeric tooling for processing into semi densified parts
The technician will prepare and join various sizes and shapes of metal and ceramic materials using solder.
Lifting objects greater than 50lbs will require more than one person or a crane or forklift depending on the size and weight of the object to be lifted. (plus not required)
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to learn and perform various production processes.
Flexibility to assist in other areas of the shop as required.
Background check is mandatory.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.50 per hour
