Location: Greenville, SC

Hours: Monday - Friday, 2pm to 10:30PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr (Eligible for a $2/hour pay increase upon permanent hire)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining converting equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate converting equipment, including CNC, Welders, Presses, and Printers.

  • Adjust machine settings and parameters such as speed, job selection, and temperature to meet production specifications.

  • Load and unload parts from semi-automated machinery and equipment.

  • Perform manual tasks such as labeling, trimming, applying Velcro, and assembly.

  • Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards and procedures.

  • Accurately read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.

  • Communicate effectively and receive instructions with minimal follow-up.

  • Assist in reporting maintenance needs and support preventive maintenance (PM) initiatives.

  • Document and report daily production metrics using company systems and software.

  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mechanical processing of plastic materials, such as die-cutting, slitting, extrusion, or compounding.

  • Familiarity with automated processing or general manufacturing systems.

  • Proven track record of working effectively within a team setting.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Competence in both English and Metric units of measurement.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required as part of safety procedures.

  • Must be flexible to work varying shifts as needed.

Additional Information:

  • Employees who are hired on full-time by the company may receive a $2/hour raise.

  • Pay increases by $2/hour if offered and accepted a permanent position.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
