Production Associate – Machine Operator
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring dependable, hands-on individuals to operate production machinery in a clean, safety-focused environment. This is a machine operation role with real growth potential.
Key Duties:
Operate machines to produce silt fence products (we’ll train you)
Load/unload materials; lift up to 50 lbs (no overhead lifting)
Perform quality checks and read tape measures accurately
Keep your work area clean and follow safety protocols
Communicate clearly and work well in a team
Overtime may be required
Preferred:
Machine operation or manufacturing experience
Mechanically inclined and quick to learn
Reliable, with a strong work ethic
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
