Now Hiring Production Workers – Automotive Engineering
Location: South Charleston, WV
Pay:

  • 1st Shift: $15.50/hr.

  • 2nd Shift: $16.25/hr.

  • 3rd Shift: $16.00/hr.

  • Cold Stamp 1st Shift: $15.50/hr.

  • Cold Stamp 2nd Shift: $16.25/hr.

Shifts Available:
Assembly, Lasers, Hot Stamp (No guaranteed assignment):

  • 1st: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

  • 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM (Ends Friday night)

  • 3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM (Starts Sunday night)

Cold Stamp (4x10 schedule, OT as needed):

  • 1st: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Leave at 1:30 PM if goal met)

  • 2nd: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Leave at 1:30 AM if goal met)

Job Duties:

  • Operate press, laser, weld, and assembly equipment

  • Perform quality checks

  • Stack/load products for transport

  • Follow all safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Must be shift-flexible and available for OT/weekends

  • Able to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • 1+ year industrial experience preferred

  • Background check & drug screen required

Pay Details: $15.50 to $16.25 per hour
