Qualifications and Skills
Our most successful Machine Operators are successful because they:
Report to work every scheduled workday and give their best effort to do quality work and show pride in a job well done.
Follow all safety policies and protocol and report safety hazards to their supervisor.
Make the effort to learn different tasks and operate varied machinery.
Understand they need to be flexible to do whatever tasks need to be done to meet customer needs.
Must have experience with and know how to use:
Measuring equipment such as pie tapes, tape measures, dial indicators, calipers and various gauges.
Hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, pliers, etc.
Computer skills are a plus as we use a shop software for work orders.
Must be able to work outside
2- 5 years of manual machining experience is preferred. Experience running lathes and/or threaders is a huge plus.
Shift: 5am - 3:30 pm must be able to work overtime
Pay: $18/hr
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
