Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Workers in West Chester, PA. While working as a Production Worker for Adecco, you will earn $14.00-$16.00/hour + other great benefits!
In this role, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for assembling and inspecting components to create finished products. Your duties will include following assembly instructions, operating hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This position offers an excellent entry point into the manufacturing industry, providing the opportunity to learn valuable skills and contribute to the production of high-quality goods.
Production Refurb/Testing Responsibilities:
Clean and perform simple cosmetic upgrades to equipment
Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, electric drills) to remove or install covers
Replace screens, attach rubber stoppers, and wipe down units with all-purpose cleaner (e.g., Simple Green)
Use blower vacuums to remove dust and dirt from units
Use RF handheld scanners to scan each part
Visually inspect each unit to determine what needs to be replaced
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Entry-level position; no experience necessary (previous assembly experience preferred)
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Comfortable standing for an entire shift
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. (including up to 12 lbs. per unit)
Skilled in using RF handheld scanners for tracking parts
Excellent manual dexterity and strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
