Program Manager for User Trial (765579)
Exciting Opportunity to manage Internal User Trial projects for our Global Fortune 500 Mobility Client’s North American region. Job is based in Chicago at their Merchandise Mart offices
What will you do?
- You will lead multiple projects in parallel on new Cellular products using your strong project management capability.
- Must be an organized multi-tasker who can work against tight deadlines and handle frequent change.
- Recruiting and motivating Dogfooding (Internal User Trial ) participants to fully engage in all aspects of the program.
- You must be open to working occasional early/late hours to interact with global teams in China & Brazil.
- Ideal Candidate will have a college degree & a couple years of experience in technical environment (HW & SW).
This role is important:
You’ll be the User Trial Program Lead for Smartphone North America programs. This role is crucial in gathering valuable user feedback and insights to refine our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive User Trial Plan strategies aligned with product market and development plan.
- Recruit and manage a diverse population of User Trial, ensuring a representative user base.
- Manage User Trial logistics providing information for distribution of prototypes.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement through multiple channels.
- Conduct regular meetings and surveys to collect feedback on user experience, performance, and feature preferences.
- Analyze user feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, design) to share insights and drive product enhancements.
- Track and manage key metrics to measure the success of User Trial programs.
- Provide training for other team members and foster process improvements.
Risk Assessment:
- Evaluate User Trial results to assess potential product risks and issues highlighting key CRs in CCB meetings and also providing Risk Assessment on RRR process.
- Identify critical bugs, usability problems, and performance bottlenecks.
- Prioritize and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to address identified issues and improve product quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing beta testing programs or similar user research initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze user feedback data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and data analysis software.
- Passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
