Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, California. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Participate in at least 3 LP Service Shifts per week
  • Respond to, troubleshoot and/or log escalated inquiries addressed to LP Service within 1 business days of receipt.
  • Create incident tickets, review and resolve Service Now requests.
  • Create, review, coordinate and resolve Smartsheet service tickets
  • Troubleshoot escalated service issues, such as but not limited to: o Password resets, credential creation, troubleshooting DVRs offline with the service team, IP cameras offline, scoping out technology project upgrades: analog to IP, confirming wiring needs: fiber connection, cat6, firmware upgrades, DVR and camera configuration support, etc
  • Coordinate equipment procurement and/or depot equipment request timely
  • Manage Intrusion System Health reporting
  • Manage CCTV System Health reporting. CCTV DVR systems include: 3VR, Intellex, Genetec
  • Ensure that open issues are updated regularly, and tickets are managed within the Service Level Agreement timeframe.
  • Attend weekly status update meetings with the vendors.
  • Monitor aged tickets and escalate appropriately within vendor’s management chain.
  • Attend quarterly business reviews (as required).
