Adecco Creative & Marketing is working with the largest children's Book Publisher in the world to find a Project Coordinator for the Email Marketing team. The Project Coordinator will assist in the execution of strategic email marketing plans to help meet the goals and objectives of the company and the Digital Solutions business unit. The coordinator will support the execution of all omnichannel campaigns and efforts including DM, catalogs, website maintenance, print ads, national and state conferences, digital, social, and inside and outside sales support - with the primary focus on email execution. In addition, the project coordinator will compile sales and marketing data, and develop, implement, and maintain procedures and processes that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain email calendar; distribute weekly and communicate changes
  • Oversee email production schedule, ensuring all stakeholders meet specified deadlines
  • Coordinates process of monthly newsletters for all digital products including maintaining production schedule; trafficking content and assets from and to freelancers, proofreaders, and tech teams; building content in CMS; reviewing for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Compile all email assets including linking matrix, campaign details & tracking and creative files
  • Help develop/manage creative briefs for all emails and kickoff all brief requests to the Creative team
  • QA-test emails across devices, coordinate feedback, and route for approval of final drafts
  • Pull and compile email reporting metrics
  • Keep current on email best practices, contact strategies, creative and competitor analysis
  • Support inside and outside sales requests for promotional materials including ordering samples, updating internal marketing portal, and customer samples.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Dynamic self starter with strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of CMS (AEM preferred but not required), Dropbox, Google docs, drives, sheets, and Adobe CS preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong editorial skills a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow

  • Other Requirements:

  • Periodic travel may be required
  • Strong attention to detail, exercising of good judgement
