Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage projects from start to finish, communicate with clients and team members, and handle customer interactions with professionalism. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, project tracking, and invoicing through QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee projects from planning to completion

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

Handle customer issues with professionalism

Track timelines and update project progress

Maintain accurate project documentation

Support scheduling and resource planning

Enter data and manage records efficiently

Use project management software to monitor progress

Process sales orders and invoices using QuickBooks
Requirements:

Prior experience in project coordination or similar role

Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Data entry experience

QuickBooks experience (sales/invoicing)

Familiarity with project management software (training available)

Moraweare experience a plus

Must pass a background check

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
