Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Remote anywhere in US (RTP preferred)
Duration: 18 months’
Pay Rate: $35.7-38.46 hr

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized campaign project manager to drive alignment and results for one of our global campaigns.  You should be a creative problem solver with strong influencing and negotiation skills. A deep understanding and comfort working virtually and across time zones is a must.

• You will be responsible for driving results, tracking deliverables and measuring campaign progress across the campaign life-cycle
• Program manage the entire campaign plan
• Align resources and deliverables within each track and workstream (Budget, Metrics, Goaling & Accountability)
• Orchestration of the x-functional campaign team (calls, reviews, comms, etc.)
• Accountable to develop, document and maintain project plans
• Lead regular team check-ins and work with smaller groups of stakeholders
• Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to project team members, executives, and stakeholders
• Track campaign progress - identify and track KPIs to demonstrate that marketing activities are reaching the intended results
• Support the development of campaign reviews materials
• Optimize campaign results
• Align with other campaign PM’s to ensure full orchestration and consistency
• Resolve issues as they arise

Who You Are
• You have 5-7 years of project management experience
• Project management certification strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working on global campaigns highly preferred
• Ability to see the big picture, while also keeping track of all the details
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Knowledgeable in change management principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working virtually and across time-zones and regions
• Highly Desired –knowledge and experience with Cisco’s Security portfolio
