Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Hawaii-Based)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing vertical, civil, or infrastructure construction in Hawaii and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from preconstruction through closeout.
This is a high-impact role requiring both field and office oversight, client interaction, and effective coordination of teams, contracts, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full project lifecycle: scope definition, estimating, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout

Manage construction budgets ranging from $1M to $100M+

Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and on-budget delivery

Ensure compliance with local permitting, environmental regulations, and safety requirements

Maintain and monitor CPM schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project)

Generate and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports

Oversee quality assurance and punch list completion

Support field operations and ensure clear communication between office and site

Conduct weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and manage documentation
Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure construction (Hawaii-specific experience preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong understanding of construction methods, local building codes, and logistics unique to Hawaii

Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PMP certification or OSHA 30 preferred

Ability to travel to job sites across Oahu and outer islands as needed
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
