The "World's Largest Search Engine" is hiring for a temporary position.

Project Overview: 

This role will govern the HPP / Web Promo’s channel in collaboration with Marketing PMMs. We act as the team between Marketing and our O&O properties enabling the company's marketing to leverage the best of our properties responsibly while respecting the user. 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Monitor marketing calendars and governance approvals to proactively identify conflicts or delays, ensure timely campaign launches
  • Prepare analysis & communicate progress regularly to Marketing teams. Be able to forage relationships across organization and seniority levels though quality communications
  • Preside over internal executive committees as governance lead to ensure responsible growth for the channel and protect the end use. Ensure all campaign activities are in line with brand policies 
  • Manage new feature creation and adoption of tools, processes, and platforms that support promo deployment with both Engineering and Marketing Ops teams
  • Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech 
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and time zones and constantly adjust project priorities according to business needs 
  • Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in English. Strong ability to effectively influence and communicate with cross-functional internal stakeholders across all levels of seniority. Able to drive consultative conversations, relay analytical insights, and manage difficult conversations with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • An enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problems
  • Able to work normal US business hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility to accommodate occasional out of office hours meetings with global stakeholders
  • Possess impeccable executive-level communication skills; will preside over internal executive committees as governance lead
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with engineering and product teams to support marketing technology tool improvements and integrations
  • Ability to analyze campaign results and visualize the insights and learnings in an engaging way; slide making skills are important
  • Analytical skills and experience with data, metrics, and A/B experiments
  • Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Management experience, particularly of third-party vendors a plus
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Campaign Management (product and app related marketing experience is a plus)
