Position Overview:
As a Project Manager for retrofit projects, you will oversee the activities of projects for our client's US customers. Your responsibilities will include managing project scope, schedule, and costs, coordinating internal and external resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects and contribute to our client's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retrofit projects for our client's US customers, maintaining direct communication with project stakeholders.

  • Coordinate internal and external schedules and resources for on-site activities, including installation, commissioning, and qualification.

  • Track project milestones, critical items, and open items/punch list items to ensure timely completion.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Serve as the domestic point of contact for customers and internal team members.

  • Travel up to 25%, including international travel as required.

Special Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain processes and guidelines for the project management team.

  • Set and track internal goals to ensure project success.

Experience Needed:

  • 3 years of experience in project management, or 1 year of experience in project management with European companies.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries preferred.

  • Familiarity with isolators and processes preferred.

Qualifications/Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interest in technology and intellectual curiosity.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and project management software tools.

  • Proficiency in SAP preferred.

  • Customer-oriented attitude with a strong service mindset.

  • High intelligence and mental flexibility to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously.
