Exciting Opportunity: Project Manager (Short-Term Consulting Role)
Cisco is seeking a Project Manager for a short-term consulting engagement to oversee the creation and implementation of a database on Confluence.
This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.
Duration: 2 weeks (11/25/2024 - 12/6/2024)
Commitment: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: Up to $85/hour
Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the migration of information from SharePoint to Confluence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to gather requirements.
- Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure the database meets quality standards and user requirements.
This is a high-impact role with visibility to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate data migration from SharePoint to Confluence.
- Manage end-to-end project activities, from planning to delivery.
- Engage with leadership to understand and align on project goals.
- Foster collaboration across teams to drive success.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally in database development or IT projects.
Proven expertise in Confluence and SharePoint.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience working with stakeholders at the Director and VP level.
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).

Pay Details: $85.00 per hour
