Position: Clinical Director
Location: Near Yuma, AZ
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating on-call schedule, primarily phone-based with rare in-person requirements)
Salary: $104,000 - $115,000/year (Based on experience)

Job Description: As the Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical operations of our facility, providing leadership, supervision, and support to our staff. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, developing treatment plans, and maintaining a supportive environment for both staff and patients. This role requires an independent social work license (LCSW, LPC).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and ensure they meet the needs of our patients.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging staff growth and collaboration.
- Handle on-call duties on a rotating schedule, primarily via phone with rare in-person requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Independent social work license (LCSW, LPC).
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience working in an inpatient facility.
- Passion for helping staff grow and develop professionally.
