Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Winchester, KY. This role is perfect for professionals with GMP manufacturing experience who are passionate about quality control, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the highest standards in pharmaceutical production.
âś… Key Responsibilities:
• Provide QA oversight for solid oral dosage manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.
• Audit batch records in real-time for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to critical process parameters.
• Perform environmental monitoring, including microbial swabbing of equipment and room surfaces.
• Conduct in-process and finished product testing (particle size, moisture analysis, appearance, AQL).
• Support and initiate investigations for deviations, CAPAs, and customer complaints using TrackWise.
• Recommend SOP updates and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching on quality standards to production staff.
🧠Qualifications:
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical field + 2 years of relevant QA or GMP manufacturing experience.
• Minimum: High school diploma/GED + 4 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP, cGMP, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory instrumentation and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Excellent documentation skills, technical writing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Lean Six Sigma, ASQ certification, or other professional certifications.
