Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
1st Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure products meet specifications by comparing them with parts lists, blueprints, and sample models.
Verify dimensions using appropriate test equipment and procedures.
Identify and document rejected parts.
Test products for structural integrity.
Maintain detailed records of defects and rejections.
Conduct inspections using statistical sampling plans as needed.
Assist in training new technicians.
Maintain a clean work area.
Interact with customers and assist engineers in root cause analysis.
Monitor inspections to ensure compliance with quality processes.
Recommend improvements to Quality Assurance processes and standards.
Communicate necessary changes to audits/inspections with supervisors and PMT groups.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes).
Proficiency in measurement techniques, including reading scales, using calipers, and micrometers.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications, including converting fractions and decimals.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
