Adecco Staffing is sourcing for Quality Inspectors on 3rd shift! These are contract to hire roles.
Hours: 11:00PM-7:00AM, Sunday-Thursday
Pay: $20.50/hour
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Inspector I is responsible for performing inspections on all products for either Tip Assembly or Injection Molding, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform variable and attribute inspections on products based on the sampling plan and document findings.
Interpret basic blueprint dimensions and notes specific to inspected parts.
Package, weigh, and label products, recording accepted and rejected amounts.
Conduct measurements using luer gauges, go/no-go pins, digital calipers, optical comparators, tensile testers, and other equipment.
Perform functional testing to ensure product quality.
Properly care for and maintain measuring and test equipment.
Determine product acceptability based on workmanship standards and procedures.
Disposition products as approved or rejected.
Conduct sorting and rework as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior quality assurance experience preferred.

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
